Accessibility Statement
Last updated: March 2026
This statement applies to the One Day Smarter website at www.onedaysmarter.com. One Day Smarter Ltd is committed to making our website accessible and usable for as many people as possible. We want everyone to be able to use this site. If you experience any difficulty, please get in touch and we will do our best to help.
Our Commitment
We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA as our accessibility standard. We also recognise that UK service providers have a legal duty to make reasonable adjustments for disabled people under the Equality Act 2010.
We are actively working to improve accessibility across the site and will continue to do so as the platform grows.
What We Are Doing to Improve Accessibility
We aim for the website to support:
- Meaningful link text and form labels throughout the site
- Sufficient colour contrast to make content readable
- Clear heading structure and a logical reading order
- Keyboard navigation — you should be able to use the site without a mouse
- Screen reader compatibility through the use of semantic HTML and ARIA labels
- Text resizing up to 200% without loss of content or functionality
- Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images
How Accessible This Website Currently Is
We are actively improving accessibility across the site. At present, the website should be usable for most visitors, but some areas may not be fully accessible yet.
Working well:
- Keyboard-accessible navigation and interactive elements
- ARIA labels on buttons, icons, and interactive components
- Semantic HTML structure with proper heading hierarchy
- Focus-visible styles for keyboard users
- Responsive layout that works across devices and screen sizes
Known limitations:
- Some third-party platforms we link to have their own accessibility limitations that are outside our control
- Video content does not currently include captions or transcripts — we plan to address this as content is added
- Some visual design elements are decorative and may not have alt text
Non-Accessible Content
We will update this section as we identify and address specific accessibility issues. If you report a problem to us, we will add it here along with our plan to address it where relevant. No issues have been formally logged at the time of publication.

Preparation of This Statement
- Testing approach: We use a combination of automated checks and manual testing, including keyboard-only navigation and screen reader review. We plan to commission an independent accessibility review as the site expands
